Primary Care
Our patients who are looking for a primary care provider are seen regularly with the aim to prevent hospitalizations and/or hospital readmissions. As a primary care provider, HomeMD will make sure you are cared for from A to Z, including sick visit requests or Coumadin monitoring.
Telemedicine
HomeMD is caring for patients remotely when the provider and patient are not physically present with each other. Modern technology has enabled us to consult patients using internet, phone and video-conferencing tools. Having a “virtual” visit from the comfort of your home is the best way to provide treatment and keep you safe.
Diagnostic Testing
HomeMD utilizes latest technologies to the advantage of our patients. We currently provide comprehensive blood testing, culture screening, as well as mobile x-ray, EKG, and ultrasound diagnostics at home. Other services include immunizations such as flu and pneumonia vaccinations.
Medical Marijuana
Pennsylvania requires that patients prove that they have certain medical conditions to qualify for a Medical Marijuana card. This proof can be medical records from healthcare provider. If you do not currently have access to records proving that you have a qualifying medical condition, we make this easy with our medical records form.
